What is my balance? You can check your card balance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by visiting www.aeis.com or calling 888-210-9821.

Does my card expire? The American Express gift card is only good for the point (dollar) amount shown on the front of the card. Once it has been used completely it should be destroyed.

What types of purchases are eligible? All purchases are eligible once the invoice has been approved and paid by Participant and/or Participants company.

How long does it take to get my reward card? Depending upon your order and order payment, it takes approximately two to four weeks to receive your reward card.

What should I do if I do not receive my card after four weeks? Contact Challenger Spares & Support at 512-868-1111 and ask for the CSS Rewards desk.

Where will my card be mailed? To the address provided on the enrollment form unless otherwise specified.
