Encompass Gift Card:

The gift card is a generic card with a set amount that when that amount is used up the card should be destroyed. CSS will send out a new card when new purchases are approved and paid in full within terms provided. The number of points shown on the front of the card is equal to the dollar amount. This card gives your company the flexibility to have more than one individual use it. Example: if more than one person in the department is placing orders then this card could be used by or for the entire department. Multiple cards can be issued in this instance. New cards will be issued for all purchases according to the increments listed below.

• Purchases up to $25,999 will receive 1% of purchase price.
• Purchases of $26,000 to $100,999 will receive 1.5% of purchase price.
• Purchases of $101,000 to $500,999 will receive 2.0% of purchase price.
• Purchases of $501,000 and up will receive 2.5% of purchase price.
