CSS Loyalty Rewards Program

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

All new CSS customers can enroll in the program by completing and submitting an Enrollment Form. If you need assistance in obtaining an enrollment form, you may contact CSS at (512) 868-1111 to request an enrollment form. If not submitting an enrollment form online the enrollment form must be completed and submitted to CSS, Attention CSS Rewards. Eligibility is subject to the policies of Participants’ employer regarding the acceptance of incentives. Participant warrants they are eligible to participate in the program under such policies.

Program Term:

The CSS Rewards program began on September 1, 2006 and is guaranteed through December 31, 2008. CSS reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Program at any given time without notice. Card redemption will be honored for three months following termination of the Rewards Program.

Miscellaneous:

CSS has the right to disqualify Participants from the Program if they feel Participant has violated any applicable laws, constituted fraud, or has failed to comply with these terms and conditions. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Challenger Spares & Support, Davis Sr Aviation, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from all liability, loss or damages arising out of or in connection with Participants participation in the Rewards program.
